Hohyun Kwon, Managing Attorney

Hohyun Kwon (Kwon Ho-hyun, 권호현) focuses on labor and employment, fair trade, corporate, and data privacy matters. He has represented workers and employers alike, and is widely quoted in Korean media on workplace harassment and platform regulation.

In 2021, as an executive member of the Center for Economic and Financial Reform at People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy (PSPD), he filed the first complaint against Coupang with the Korea Fair Trade Commission. The Commission later imposed a fine of KRW 162.8 billion (2024).
